Zoom Classes
We are currently teaching classes in person and on Zoom. There are in person morning classes Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri.
We have 5 Zoom classes a week including one HIIT class, two 45 minutes and two 60 minute pilates classes.
All Zoom classes are recorded and made available for a week to pass holders.
Useful pilates equipment to have for the classes include a mat, a band, small inflatable ball and hand weights although not essential.
