HIIT is a 35 minute high impact interval training class where you are led through a short intense repeated series of high impact exercises for 30 second intervals. We combine these exercises with a recovery Pilates exercise on the mat to maximise the core work throughout the class.
HIIT exercise have proven to increase your metabolic rate so you continue to burn calories for hours after the class. Alongside this runs, improved strength, endurance and injury prevention.
