We teach Pilates classes, Roll and Recover classes as well as a HIIT class and a teen specific class.
We welcome antenatal clients in our mixed ability Pilates classes and all our instructors have done their antenatal and postnatal training.
Our classes are small in size and mixed ability so that anyone is welcome and able to relax.
There are 20 classes taught across three different sites, six days a week.
We uniquely offer a class cancellation/class swap system online so that you have flexibility within our programme to accommodate busy lifestyles by changing your class time.
