Melissa

Melissa’s first career was as an early childhood teacher, spending seven years teaching in the United States. She loved working with children and, alongside her passion for tennis, also developed a love of Pilates.

After moving to London with her husband and two daughters in 2006, Melissa decided to combine her teaching background with her enthusiasm for Pilates. She completed her training in 2007 and became a certified matwork instructor with Body Control Pilates. She is a member of the Body Control Pilates Association and the Register of Exercise Professionals.

Melissa has also continued her love of working with children and currently works as a classroom assistant at Belleville Primary School.
