Stretch and Recover classes run on a weekly basis for 45 minutes. In the stretch and recover class we work our way around the muscles of the body, from your feet to your head. We use positions as well as small equipment to facilitate gentle movement allowing the body to elongate and create a sense of release. The aim of this class is to free the body of imbalances, release any restrictions in the muscles and fascia, and leave you feeling relaxed and balanced.
